Nightfall - Undead Survivor

By downloading or using Nightfall, you agree to these terms and, on iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, or on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment Service

Nightfall is a fictional entertainment game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

2. Purchases and Virtual Items

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to that store's payment terms. Gems, gold, gear, and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be used only inside Nightfall. Purchased in-game currency does not expire. Consumable purchases are not restored by the store; Nightfall uses cloud save to protect them.

3. Eternal Vigil (One-Time Membership)

Eternal Vigil is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. The price shown in the App is charged once to your Apple ID or Google account, when you confirm the purchase. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel. The membership stays on that account permanently and can be restored on any device by opening the Shop and tapping Restore Purchases. Nightfall does not offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

4. Fair Play

Do not manipulate scores, interfere with servers, exploit purchases, automate gameplay, or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove fraudulent leaderboard entries or restrict online features when needed to protect the service and other players.

5. Availability and Changes

We may balance gameplay, correct errors, add or remove free content, and maintain online services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but we will not intentionally revoke paid currency or active entitlements without a valid reason.
