Last updated: February 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Muslim Quran: Ramadan 2026" application ("the App") published by Eduard Bruch. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
The App is a Quran study and Islamic lifestyle tool providing access to Quranic text, prayer times, Qibla compass, tasbih counter, dua collections, and fasting tracker features. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Religious Content Disclaimer
The App provides access to the Quran and related Islamic content for personal study and reference. Quranic text and translations are sourced from publicly available editions. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all translations, transliterations, or interpretive content are free from error. The App does not provide authoritative religious rulings (fatwa). For matters of Islamic jurisprudence, consult a qualified scholar.
3. AI-Generated Content
The App includes an AI-powered Q&A feature that generates responses about Quranic verses using artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses are not reviewed by Islamic scholars and may contain inaccuracies. AI responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as authoritative religious guidance. Always verify important information with qualified scholars or trusted Islamic sources.
4. Prayer Times & Qibla Accuracy
Prayer times are calculated based on your geographic location and established Islamic calculation methods. The Qibla compass uses your device's sensors and GPS. While we strive for accuracy, these calculations are approximations and may vary depending on your device's hardware, calibration, and environmental conditions. You are encouraged to verify prayer times and Qibla direction with your local mosque or Islamic authority.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Advertising
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge and accept that ads will be displayed. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. We make reasonable efforts to ensure ads displayed are appropriate, but we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. User Content
Content you create within the App (notes, bookmarks, highlights, tasbih records, fasting logs) is stored on your device and optionally in your iCloud account. You retain full ownership of your content. We have no access to your content and bear no responsibility for its loss. We recommend enabling iCloud backup to prevent data loss.
